AutoBeast is operated by Oma Lemmik OÜ, registry code 12284296, VAT number EE102390090, Rataskaevu 9, Tallinn, 10123, Estonia. For privacy enquiries: info@autobeast.ee or +372 5822 6365. The vehicle viewing location at Lepa põik 2, 74201 Loo is separate from the registered address.
How the enquiry form works
The form composes an email only in your browser’s working memory. Field contents are not sent to the website server or saved in its database, cookies or persistent browser storage. “Open email” opens your email application with the prepared message. You review and send it yourself. Copying takes place only at your request. Your email application may save a draft according to its own settings.
Information and purposes
When you send an email or contact us through another channel, we use the name, contact details, company information and message you provide solely to respond, prepare an offer and discuss your requested service. Please do not include identity-document copies or sensitive information unnecessary for the enquiry. Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact details.
Legal basis
Steps towards a contract requested by you rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Business-representative enquiries and other correspondence rely on our legitimate interest in responding, under Article 6(1)(f). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Acknowledging this policy is not consent to marketing.
Retention
The website does not retain form enquiries. Sent emails and replies may remain in our and your mailboxes. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and conclude the relevant communication, or longer where required by law or for a specific legal claim. If an enquiry becomes a transaction, statutory retention requirements apply to contractual and accounting records.
Recipients and external services
We do not sell enquiry data or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing or independent use. Your chosen email provider processes information needed to send your message; our email and hosting providers may process information necessary to provide their services. Disclosure may also be required by law. Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Auto24 and map links are subject to those services’ terms. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer must meet applicable data-protection requirements; we do not promise that every external service processes information only in Estonia.
Technical website data
We have not added advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses and technical connection logs to operate and protect the site. Catalogue management uses a secure login and an essential session cookie. The public website does not require sign-in. Such technical information is separate from the enquiry form contents.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@autobeast.ee. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee). We do not make automated decisions or profile people using enquiry data.
